高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸胶囊中丹酚酸乙的含量

摘　　要：目的　采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸胶囊中丹酚酸乙的含量。方法　以LichrospherC1 8(2 50mm× 4 6mm ,5μm)为色谱柱 ,甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (46∶54∶0 5 ,含 6mmol/L四丁基溴化铵 )为流动相 ,流量 0 8ml/min ,检测波长为 2 85nm ,对丹酚酸胶囊中丹酚酸乙进行了含量测定。结果　丹酚酸胶囊中其它丹酚酸对丹酚酸乙的测定无干扰 ;丹酚酸乙的回收率为 96 5 %～1 0 2 5 % ,RSD为 2 5 % ;重复性RSD为 2 8% ;符合分析要求。Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in salvianolic acids capsules. Methods\ A Lichrospher C 18 (250 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm ) was used, and the mobile phase was methanol water acetic acid (46∶54∶0 5, 6 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide); flow rate 1 ml/min; wavelength for detection at 285 nm. The recovery rate for salvianolic acid B was 96 5%～102 5% and RSD was 2 50%. The relative standard deviation of the reproducibility was 2 81%. Conclusion\ The procedure is simple and rapid. The results are stable and reproducible. The method can be used for evaluation the quality of salvianolic acids capsules.
