肾巨大鹿角形结石25例手术方式探讨

摘　　要：目的 探索巨大鹿角形肾结石新的手术方法。方法 根据巨大鹿角形肾结石的临床特点,25例病人采用经薄弱的肾皮质切开肾盏颈部,解除嵌顿,取净结石。结果 不损伤肾内主要血管,术中出血少。结论 该术式是治疗有积水的巨大鹿角形肾结石较理想的手术方式。AIM To research the new operative mothod for giant renal staghorn calculi. METHODS According to the clinical characteristics of the giant renal staghorn calculi.we treated 21 cases by incision via the calyx neck and the pelvis inside sinus and relieved the obstruction and removed the calculicompletely.RESULTS The new method protected the main vessels from injuring and reduced bleeding. CONCLUSION The new mothod is fit for giant renal staghorn calculi with hydronephosis.
