摘　　要：本文在分析武汉制造业现状的基础上,针对武汉制造业企业发展中的新问题,明确了制造业企业攻坚改革的关键点,并就其深化改革提出了具体对策,为贯彻落实"企业优先"战略提供了可操作建议。On the basis of analyzing the existing situation of the manufacturing industry in Wuhan, the present paper, aiming at the new problems in the development of manufacturing enterprises, makes definite the key point in their reform sturggle, offers practical measures to intensify the reform, and provides manipulatable suggestions so as to carry out the strategy of 'giving priority to enterprises'.
