摘　　要：本文主要从政府政策和区域经济优势等方面对珠江三角洲与长江三角洲的经济发展状况进行对比。结论是,在市场力量面前,各地政府政策的调整正在展开,迅速形成竞合态势,在全国范围内进行产业分工和区域分工的曙光已依稀可见。这种新型的、基于市场力量分工的产业和区域集聚体,才是中国未来在全球竞争中的优势。The present text examines the economic situation in the Yangtse River Delta and Pearl River Delta on two aspects of government policies and regional economic advantages. The conclusion is that the regional economic policy readjustment is evolving as a result of the market forces and a situation among them of competition-cooperation is quickly forming. And the division of labor among the industries and regions is beginning at national scale. This new type of division of labor will be the advantage of China to enjoy in the global competition ahead.
