摘　　要：本文结合实验室管理工作实际,就如何搞好自制实验装置工作等问题,从充分认识自制实验装置工作的重要性、调动广大教师和实验技术人员的积极性及建立有效的保证监督措施等方面,谈了个人的认识。This paper talks about how to set up self-made experimental installations and to improve the experimental teaching level combined with the practice in management. It stresses the importance of making self-made experimental installations, activating all the teachers and technologists and effectively making use of the measure of supervision.
