东北小鲵繁殖生态的研究

摘　　要：1999～ 2 0 0 1年 4～ 1 0月对东北小鲵的调查 ,实验结果表明 ,每年 4月中旬至下旬为出蛰期 ,9月底至 1 0月初为入蛰期。性成熟时体长雄性 90mm以上 ,雌性 86mm以上。孵化期 1 4～ 2 1天 ,孵化率为 94 .37% ,孵化起点温度为 4 .1 37℃ ,孵化有效积温为 1 96 .0 784日度 ;变态期为 85～ 94天 ,变态率为 97.2 6 %。The research result of the experiment on Hynobius leechii, from 1999 to April to October in 2001, shows that from middle to late April every year, it is the end of hibernating days; while they begin to hibernate from late September to early October. When they mature sexually, males are about 90mm long, while females are about 86mm. The hatching period cover 14-21 days with 94.37% success. The start temperature of hatching is 4.137 ℃, while the incubation available temperature of cumulative is 196.0784℃ day temperature. The transform period covers 85-94 days, and transform rate is 26%.
