摘　　要：本文描述了坚持三类语言教育、加强涪陵师范学院计算机科学教育发展远程教育,创建信息技术研究所及信息技术职业学校等的必要性,同时强调了以教学、研究和产业相结合的精神,培养信息技术人才的观点。In this article, the writers point out the necessity to stick to the education of three kinds of languages, strengthen the education of computer science in Fuling Teachers College, develop long-distance education, and establish IT institute and IT occupational school. Meanwhile, the writers stress their view of combining teaching and research with industry so as to cultivate IT talents.
