摘　　要：在 2 1世纪 ,作为我国科教兴国战略的动力源泉———高等院校 ,肩负着重要的历史使命 ,高校的师资队伍建设亦成为重中之重。加强高校高素质教师队伍建设 ,是本文的中心话题。本文结合实践 ,对如何抓教师学识水平、提高教学质量、提高科研能力和加强师资管理等方面来加强高校师资队伍建设进行了深入探讨。Academic, as the source of strategy using science & education to rejuvenate the country, must take on the era mission in 21st century. And it is absolutely necessarily to develop the quality of the teachers of academics. Bassed on the practice of her units, the authors make an in-depth study in such issue as enriching teacher's learning, improving teaching quality, enhancing the faculty of research, perfecting the management of teacher source in this paper.
