摘  要:目的 :研究华人健康未孕妇女和健康孕妇血清中游离型硫酸镁的药代动力学 ,并与总硫酸镁进行线性回归分析 ,以了解二者是否具有相关性。方法 :静脉滴注负荷剂量硫酸镁 4 g ,紧接着以 2 g/h的速率给予维持剂量 ,共 4h。分别在硫酸镁滴注开始后和滴注停止后 0 ,0 .2 5 ,0 .5 ,1,1.5 ,2 ,3和 4h收集静脉血约 5ml以测定血清总镁浓度 ,在采集血样的同时测定游离型镁离子浓度和血压。结果 :两组受试者的血清游离型镁离子和总镁离子浓度、初始表观分布容积和消除半衰期相比无显著性差异 ,线性回归分析表明血清游离型镁离子和总镁离子之间无相关性。结论 :生理状态下血清游离型镁离子和总镁离子之间缺乏相关性 ,测定血清总镁离子浓度不能反映游离血清镁离子浓度。Objective:To describe the pharmacokinetics of ionized magnesium sulfate in Chinese healthy non-pregnant and pregnant women and the relationship between plasma ionized and total magnesium concentration in them. Methods:Eighteen volunteers were studied after receiving two consecutive magnesium sulfate infusions(4g loading dosage for lh and 2g/h maintenance dosage for 4h) .Venous blood sample was collected after infusion beginning and termination 0,0.25,0.5,1,1.5,2,3,4h to determine ionized and total magnesium concentration ,and the blood pressure is measured at the same time.Results:No significant difference exists between with the two group of volunteers for initial apparent distribution volume ,elimination half life and serum concentration of ionized and total magnesium sulfate. And also, no correlation exists between ionized and total magnesium sulfate using linear regression analysis.Conclusions:Evidence is gotten from our study to prove the lack of correlation between serum ionized and total magnesium sulfate.
