摘  要:目的 探讨纳络酮对兔缺血再灌注心肌糖酵解产物和能荷的影响。方法 复制兔心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,用生化组化方法检测缺血再灌注前后心肌糖酵解产物 ,用高效液相色谱技术检测心肌能量物质。结果 对照组心肌乳酸含量甚微 ,缺血1 5min后生理盐水组、纳络酮组心肌乳酸含量显著增加 ,缺血 1 5min再灌注 4 0min后生理盐水组、纳络酮组心肌乳酸含量均明显低于缺血心肌 (P <0 .0 1 )、但纳络酮组明显低于生理盐水组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;缺血 1 5min后生理盐水组、纳络酮组心肌丙酮酸含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 1 )、但纳络酮组明显高于生理盐水组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,再灌注后其含量有所增加、仍显著低于缺血前水平 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;缺血 1 5min后生理盐水组、纳络酮组心肌ATP、ADP、AMP含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 1 )、但纳络酮组明显高于生理盐水组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,缺血 1 5min再灌注 4 0min后生理盐水组、纳络酮组心肌ATP、ADP、AMP含量仍显著低于缺血前水平 (P <0 .0 1 )、但纳络酮组ATP、ADP含量明显高于生理盐水组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 纳络酮能明显减少缺血再灌注心肌乳酸含量、增加丙酮酸和ATP、ADP、AMP含量 。Objective To explore the effects of naloxone on glycolysis products and energy charge of myocardium following ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits. Methods The model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion was set up in rabbits, the contents of lactic acid and pyruvic acid were assayed by biochemistry and the contents of ATP,ADP and AMP were detected by high performance liquid chromatography in myocardium. Results The contents of lactic acid were traced in myocardium of control groups, it was increased significantly in myocardium treated with saline or naloxone following 15 min of ischemia comparing with control groups( P <0.01) and it was decreased markedly in myocardium treated with saline or naloxone after reperfusion comparing with ischemic myocardium( P <0.01),but the contents of lactic acid in myocardium treated with naloxone was lower than that in saline group; The contents of pyruvate were decreased significantly in myocardium treated with saline or naloxone following 15 min of ischemia comparing with control groups ,but the contents of pyruvate in myocardium treated with naloxone was higher than that in saline group( P <0.05), and it was certainly increased in myocardium treated with saline or naloxone after reperfusion( P <0.01),but it was still lower than that in control group; The contents of ATP,ADP,AMP were decreased significantly in myocardium treated with saline or naloxone following 15 min of ischemia comparing with control groups( P <0.01) ,but the contents of ATP,ADP,AMP in myocardium treated with naloxone was higher than that in saline group( P <0.01), and it was certainly increased in myocardium treated with saline or naloxone after reperfusion,but it was still lower than that in control group and the contents of ATP,ADP in myocardium treated with naloxone was higher than that in saline group( P <0.05).
