摘　　要：目的　比较心脏不停跳 (BH)和心脏停跳 (AH)体外循环 (CPB)期间及术后库血使用例数和库血使用量 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法　 1 997年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 1月 ,统计BH组患者 2 0 0 0例 ,AH组患者 2 1 0例 ,观察CPB期间及术后库血的使用情况 ,并比较两组转流期间的各项指标。结果　BH组死亡 5 2例 ,死亡率 2 .6 % ,AH组死亡 1 0例 ,死亡率 4 .8%。两组存活患者术后恢复顺利。BH组围术期少用血或不用血明显少于AH组 ,放血例数明显多于AH组 ,机余血回输量明显多于AH组。Objective To compare the using of banked blood with beating or arresting heart during and post cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and to explore it`s clinical significance. Methods From Jan,1997 to Jan,2002, 2000 cases of the beating heart (BH) and 210 cases of the arresting heart (AH) were selected to compare the using of the banked blood during and post CPB and the infusing index during the CPB. Results The mortality of the BH was 3.1% and the AH was 4.8% and there was no diffference between two groups. All patients except death were recovered all right. The volume of the banked blood used in BH was less than that of the AH and the re infusion of residual blood in oxygenator was higher than that of the AH. Conclusion The volume of the banked blood using in BH is less than that of the AH during and post CPB with adopt the protecting measures for blood.
