摘 要:分子印迹技术已在手性物质拆分、仿生传感器、固相萃取、抗体与酶的模拟及控释药物等领域显示出了很好的应用前景。综述了分子印迹技术的研究进展 ,重点介绍了印迹分子与印迹聚合物之间的相互作用、分子印迹的机理及分子印迹技术在生物化工领域中的应用 ,并对该技术后续研究与发展方向提出了建议。Applications of molecularly imprinted polymer to chiral separation,bio-mimetic sensors,solid phase extraction,antibody and enzyme mimics,and drug release have been proven promising. A comprehensive overview of the recent development of this technique are presented with emphasis on the interaction between MIP and print molecules,the mechanism of imprinting,as well as the applications in biochemical engineering. The challenge,as well as the prospect of this technique is also outlined and discussed.
