类肝素寡糖/多糖衍生物抗凝血材料的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了近年来有关类肝素寡糖以及壳聚糖、透明质酸、软骨素等硫酸 /磺酸化衍生物抗凝血性的研究进展 ;介绍了一些来源于植物的木聚糖、直链淀粉、纤维素、凝胶多糖硫酸化衍生物用于抗凝血的研究 。The latest progress in anticoagulation of heparin-like oligosaccharides and of chitosan-,hyaluronic acid- and chondroitin-sulfated/sulfonated polysaccharide derivatives is reviewed. Research reports on the anticoagulatory applications of sulfated species of plants-extracted polysaccharides such as xylan,cellulose,amylase and curdlan,are mentioned. The influence of their structural features on the anticoagulation is also presented.
