金诃降脂胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察金诃降脂胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠血液流变学的改善作用。方法 :采用喂养高脂乳剂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型 ,测定血液流变学各项指标。结果 :金诃降脂胶囊灌胃 (ig)给药 40 d后能明显降低高脂血症大鼠高、中、低切变率下的全血黏度 ,高、低切变率下的全血还原黏度、血浆黏度以及血细胞比容 ,但对红细胞聚集指数无明显影响。结论 :提示金诃降脂胶囊具有活血化瘀作用 ,能改善血液浓、黏、聚状态 ,促进脂类物质的代谢 ,改变血液流变学特性而发挥其降血脂作用。Objective:To observe effects of jinhe jiangzhi capsule on hemorrheology in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:The hyperlipidemia model of rats was prepared by feeding with lipid emusion,then the rats in the observed group were given jinhe jiangzhi capsule.Some indexes of hemorrheology were determined.Results:In 40 days,the results showed jinhe jiangzhi capsule decreased blood viscosity(η b),blood reducing viscosity(η r,high and low shear rate),plasma viscosity (η p) and hematocrit(HCT)significantly,but can't lower RBC adhesion index(AI)in rats.Conclusion:Jinhe jiangzhi capsule possesses obvious action of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and improving rheology in hyperlipidemia rats.
