摘　　要：对胜利油田中深井钻井作业的特点及难点进行了初步分析,并从应用PDC钻头及合理使用牙轮钻头、简化定向井施工程序、优选钻井液体系、采取必要的井眼保护措施等方面给出了优快钻井技术方案。现场应用表明,中深井钻井速度逐年提高,至2002年,已达到18.81m/h,从而缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本,值得进一步推广应用。This paper analyses the problems exhibited during drilling medium-deep wells in Shengli Oilfield and presents the efficiency drilling techniques that include making rational use of PDC bits, simplifying operating procedures for directional drilling, optimizing drilling fluids system, taking essential actions of protecting wellbores. Field applications of the techniques show that it can improve ROP (up to 18. Im/h in 2002 ) , thus shortening drilling cycle and reducing drilling costs. The techniques are worth being further popularized and applied.
