摘  要:塔河油田四号构造已钻水平井普遍采用中长曲率半径的五段制井身剖面,虽可降低水平井的施工风险,但实钻井眼在可钻性极差的石炭系泥岩中穿行距离长导致钻井费用高的缺点也非常突出。以塔河油田四号构造实际地层特点为基础,结合对塔河油田原有五段制井身剖面缺点的分析,提出了优化塔河油田四号构造水平井井身剖面的方案,并对改进的井身剖面设计的可行性进行了讨论。The five-section well profile with medium-length radius is commonly employed in completed horizontal wells in No. 4 structure of Tahe Oilfield. The risk of reaching target can be reduced by using this kind of well path, however the high drilling cost caused by longer wellbores drilled in Carboniferous shale formations with poor drillability will become obvious. Based on the formation characteristics of No. 4 structure, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of original trajectory used in Tahe oil field and puts forward the method for optimizing horizontal well path, meanwhile, it also discusses the feasibility of improving well profile designs.
