摘　　要：乐安油田草古100区块水平井钻井过程中易出现井涌、井漏现象,为此采用泡沫钻井液欠平衡压力钻进,并采取其它相应的工程技术措施,使该区块12口水平井均顺利完成。介绍了该区块水平井工程设计情况,详细介绍了各井段井眼轨迹控制技术、大井眼携岩技术及油气层保护技术,并以草古100平6井为例进行了说明。Kicks and circulation losts are apt to take place during drilling horizontal wells of Caogu-100 block in Le'an Oilfield. For directly against these troubles, the foam mud was employed to achieve under-balance pressure drilling and the other supporting engineering measures were taken, finally twelve wells in this block were all completed successfully. This paper presents the horizontal well programs for this block and details critical technologies combined with 6 wells in this block such as well path control, carrying cuttings out of big dimensional wellbores and reservoir protections.
