摘　　要：介绍了一种新的碱性无氰镀铜工艺及其性能 ,试验表明 ,该新工艺有望取代常规氰化预镀铜 。A new process for alkaline cyanide free copper plating and its performance are presented. The tests show that it is possible to substitute the process for conventional cyanide copper pre plating, which is valuable in practical applications.
