摘  要:目的 探讨农家肥料污染水源诱发鸡咽食管癌、胃癌和肝癌的病因。方法 将 2 80只鸡分为 4组 ,实验组 (农肥水 +亚硝酸钠 ) 10 0只 ;3个对照组 (农肥水组、亚硝酸钠组、饮用水组 ) ,每组6 0只。使用玉米和水稻的秸秆、青草和人畜粪尿快速堆肥 ,取其肥料水亚硝化和酸化。实验组 :农肥水 75 0ml加亚硝酸钠 3g,再加硫氰酸钠 0 .2g。对照组 :(1)农肥水组 :农肥水 4 5 0ml加硫氰酸钠 0 .12g ;(2 )亚硝酸钠组 :亚硝酸钠 1.8g加水至 4 5 0ml,再加硫氰酸钠 0 .12g;(3)饮用水组 :饮用水 4 5 0ml加硫氰酸钠 0 .12g。实验组和各对照组分别使用 1mol/L盐酸调节pH为 1至 2 ,分别给鸡胃管注入 ,每周2次 ,每次 5~ 7.5ml。各组按照各自配方分别配制一份溶液加水 3~ 5L ,使用 1mol/L盐酸调节pH为3至 4 ,给相应各组鸡自由饮水 ,每周 1次。结果 实验组 10 0只鸡中 ,第 1阶段自然死亡 2只 ;第 2~ 4阶段诱发咽食管癌 16例 (16 /98,16 .3% ,P <0 .0 1) ,第 4阶段出现腺胃癌 5例 (5 /48,10 .4 % ,P <0 .0 1) ,肝癌 3例 (3/48,6 .3% ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;3个对照组无一例癌变。结论 模拟高发区现场 ,模拟鸡胃液诱发出鸡咽食管癌、胃癌和肝癌 ,以进一步为人类食管癌及其他癌症寻找病因。Objective To study farm compost polluted water that may induce pharyngo esophageal, gastric and liver carcinoma in chickens. Methods 280 chickens were randomized into 4 groups: experiment group 100 chickens fed with compost water+NaNO 2 by stomach tube. The other 180 were evenly randomized into 3 control groups (60 each), fed with compost water, NaNO 2 and tap water in the same way. The farm compost was prepared with corn stalks, rice straws, excreta of men and livestock. The compost water, after being nitrosified and acidified, was fed through stomach tube 5 7.5ml/session, twice a week. Besides, a solution consisting of the respective formula of each group added with 3 4 L water with pH adjusted to 3 4 by 1N HCL was given ad lib to all chickens in each group for 26.5 months.Results In the experiment group, there were pharyngo esohageal carcinoma 16 ( 16.3% ), gastric adenocarcinoma 5 (10.4%) and liver carcinoma 3 (6.3%), in contrast to none in the 3 control groups, showing significant differences ( P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion Successful simulation of the layout of esophageal carcinoma high morbidity area and the mimic of chicken gastric fluid strongly support our compost etiological hypothesis that the nitrosified and acidified compost water are carcinogenic, very well causing esophageal, gastric and liver carcinoma. [
