摘 要:目的 为防止跨流域引水造成肺吸虫病疫源地扩大 ,证明防螺工程的有效性 ,进行现场试验研究。方法 在输水工程集水区内 ,进行现场川卷螺的漂浮试验 ,观察拦水坝阻隔川卷螺的效果。结果 漂浮试验表明 ,在静水、流动水和模拟洪水冲击状态下 ,川卷螺均不漂浮 ,在水面停留时间不超过 1s,即刻下沉。在 3个拦水坝试验点 ,置螺10 4只 ,定期观察螺运动情况。发现螺有逆水、顺水和侧向爬行运动。螺的丢失率很高 ,分别为 91% ,97%和 86 %。结论 川卷螺在水中不漂浮 ,采用上层水体取水工程是可行的 ,可以防止川卷螺随水转移。与河流垂直 ,横断水体的漫水阻隔坝防螺效果不可靠。Objective To prevent Semisulcospira Liabertina from transmiting from the focus of paragonimiasis to other areas by diverting water,engineering was designed for controlling shell.The effects of the control engineering was studied. Methods In the field,floating of Semisulcospira Libertina was tested.The experiment that the dam obstructed shell was made in 3 sites. Results At conditions of still water,flowing water and rolling water,the Semisulcospira Libertina did not float at water and sank immediately.The shell crept to all direction on the river-bed before the dam.The lost rate of shell was very high.It was 91%,97% and 86% separately. Conclusion Because shell did not float,the control engineering of diverting top layer water of river was feasible for preventing shell from transmitting.The dam crossing river did not protect shell from transmitting.
