摘　　要：对饲喂复合氨基酸 金属配合物不同添加剂组合的生长育肥猪肉品质和化学成分进行分析测定 ,结果表明 ,不同复合氨基酸 金属配合物添加剂对生长育肥猪肉品质和化学成分的改善都有良好的促进作用 ,提高了猪肉的质量 ,其中以复合氨基酸 微量元素 稀土元素配合物饲料添加剂的作用更为明显。Growing fatten pigs were fed with different amino acide-metal coordination compound additives. By analysing and detecting the quality and chemical component of pork, the results suggested that all amino acid-metal coordination compound additives have well-promoting effects on improving the quality, chemical components of pork, with more obvious effect of amino acid-microelements-rare soil element coordination compound feed additives.
