体外循环心内直视手术微栓滤器的使用及其电镜观察

摘　　要：体外循环心内直视手术时应用 WG-I 型微栓滤器108例。其中10例所用滤器进行扫描电镜检查,应用 ACD 抗凝库血在心肺转流5min 后可见滤网表面即有纤维蛋白和少量微血栓,运转35～92min 后纤维素增多、血栓增多增大。故认为这种滤器能减少与微循环血栓有关的并发症。The microcirculational embolism is one of the important causes that result in complications of the brain,lung,kidney andso on.In cases that there fixed a WG-I microembolus filter,we found that the emboli over 40μm wrer cleaned by filter as ob-served by scanning electron microscope.Early awaking and less pulmonary complications were observed in this group of pa-tients.It's suggested that WG I microemboli filter has practical value during cardio-pulmonary bypass.
