长江三峡工程综合经济效益研究

摘　　要：全面回顾 2 0世纪以来 ,尤其是三峡工程设计和论证阶段 ,对三峡工程综合经济效益所进行的研究 ,结合我国经济社会可持续发展的要求和三峡工程建设实施以来的实际情况 ,对三峡工程的综合经济效益进行了再认识和评价 ,分别论述了三峡工程的防洪、发电、航运、旅游等效益及对南水北调和促进中西部地区经济发展的重要作用 ,并提出应与时俱进不断地调整和扩大三峡工程综合效益的研究内容。The study on comprehensive economic benefit of TGP since 20th century,especially in the period of TGP design and demonstration,is reviewed.In the consideration of the requirement of sustainable social and economic development of China and practical condition since the construction of TGP,the recognition and re-evaluation on the comprehensive economic benefit of TGP are carried out.This paper presents the TGP's benefits,such as flood control,power generation,navigation,tourism etc.and the important role in south to north water transfer and social-economic development of central and western China and suggests that the research issues on TGP's comprehensive economic benefits should be adjusted and expanded successively with the time.
