不同途径运用α-干扰素预防尖锐湿疣复发的临床观察

摘  要:目的 评价不同途径使用α 干扰素预防尖锐湿疣复发的作用。方法 将 6 3例尖锐湿疣患者分为3组 ,每组 2 1例 ,分别采用二氧化碳 (CO2 )激光 (A组 )、CO2 激光合用α 2b干扰素 (IFN α 2b) 10 0万U肌肉注射 ,每周 3次 ,连续 3周 (B组 )及CO2 激光合用IFN α 2b 10 0万U局部皮损及皮损周围 2cm范围注射 (C组 )治疗 ,均随访 6个月。结果 A组治愈率为 2 3.8% ,复发率为 76 .2 % ;B组治愈率为 2 8.1% ,复发率为 71.9% ;C组治愈率为 6 6 .7% ,复发率为 33.3%。C组复发率明显低于A和B组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而A、B两组复发率的差异无显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CO2 激光合用局部α 干扰素治疗能明显降低尖锐湿疣的复发率 。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different modes of administration of interferon α in treating and preventing the recurrence of condyloma acuminata(CA).Methods 63 cases of CA were divided into 3 groups (group A, B and C). Group A was treated with CO 2 laser therapy only, group B was intramuscularly injected 10 6 U interferon α 2b (IFN α 2b provided by Schering Plough Co. USA) after CO 2 laser therapy, and group C was locally injected 10 6 U IFN α 2b underneath and around the laser wounds after CO 2 laser therapy. All cases were followed up for 6 months.Results The results showed that the recurrence rates of group A, B and C were 76.2% , 66.7% and 33.3% respectively, and the cured rates were 23.8%, 33.3% and 66.7% respectively 6 months after commencement of the therapy. After all that the recurrence rate of the local treatment in group C was significantly lower than that of group A( P < 0.01 ) and group B( P <0.05). There was no significant difference between recurrence rates of group B and group A.Conclusion IFN α 2b was more effective by local injection underneath and around the laser wounds than the therapies by intramuscular injection and CO 2 laser only. It is also favourable for the prevention of recurrence of CA with little side effect.
