摘　　要：在17例心内直视手术中分阶段检查血浆心钠素(ANP)浓度,结果示自麻醉诱导开始,ANP水平即有明显升高,其升高幅度与 CVP 和 MAP 的高低有关,对其机理作了讨论。Plasma concentration of ANP were investigated in 17 patients undergoing open heart surgery.Results showed that the lev-el of ANP rose significantly,but with slight fluctuation,since induction of general anesthesia,The amplitude of increased valueof ANP varied proportionately with the height of CVP and MAP,the mechanisms of which were discussed.
