盐层套管使用寿命分析

摘　　要：盐层具有流变特性,由于盐层的蠕变会使套管产生一个非常大的非均匀外挤力,使得盐层是套管危险最大的地层。通过取自中原油田盐层的蠕变试验,建立了盐层流变方程,同时分析了套管在非均匀地应力作用下的套管外载及套管在非均匀外载作用下套管的抗外挤强度,并对盐层套管使用寿命进行了分析计算;计算精度可达80％。Salt bed possesses theological characteristics , the casing can be produced a very big nonhomoge-neous compelling force because of salt bed creep. So salt layer is the most danger layer for the casing. This psper builded salt layer rheological equation and at the same time , it analyzed the sasing compelling force and collapsing strength when it is operated in the nonhomogemeous earth stress. And it also analyzed and calculated the casing service life , the rated accuracy arrives at 80% .
