摘 要: 在镀镍液中加入少量的Ca(NO3)2、NH4H2PO4,在钛基体上实现在电沉积过程中羟基磷灰石(HA)和Ni的共沉积,实验探讨了电流密度、钙、磷浓度对涂层表面形貌、HA含量及涂层结合强度的影响。实验结果表明:涂层中HA的含量随电流密度和钙、磷浓度的增加而提高,但涂层结合强度先增大后减小,Ni HA复合涂层的结合强度明显高于纯HA涂层的结合强度。通过控制适当的电沉积条件,在[Ca2+]=0.01mol/L,电流密度jc=20~30mA/cm2时,可以制得HA分散较为均匀、结合强度较高的Ni HA复合涂层。Hydroxyapatite (HA) and nickel were electrodeposited successfully on titanium substrate in the nickel\|electroplating electrolyte containing a few Ca(NO\-3)\-2 and NH\-4H\-2PO\-4. The influence of current density and concentration of calcium ion and phosphate ion on the surface morphology and HA content and bonding strength of coating were investigated. The experiment results showed that the content of HA in the coating increased with the increasing of current density and concentration of calcium ion and phosphate ion, but the bonding strength of coating increased first and then reduced. The bonding strength of Ni\|HA composite coatings was much higher than that of pure HA coatings. The Ni\|HA composite coatings with HA dispersed uniformly and high bonding strength could be prepared under controlling proper electrodepositing process conditions as 0.01 mol/L Ca2+ and current density 20~30 mA/cm\+2.
