摘　　要：目的　博宁霉素 (Z- 893)的分离、纯化和结构测定。方法　从轮枝链霉菌平阳变种 (Streptomycesverticillus var.Pingyangensis n.sp)发酵产物争光霉素复合物中分离、纯化博宁霉素 (Z- 893)并通过各种光谱分析确证其化学结构。结果　其化学结构为乙酰博安霉素 (乙酰博来霉素 A6 )。结论　证明博宁霉素 (Z- 893)为一新化合物。Objective Isolation, purification and structure determination of boningmycin (Z-893) were conducted. Method Boningmycin (Z-893) was isolated from Zhengguangmycin complex produced by Streptomyces verticillusvar. Pingyangensis n.sp. and the stucture was determined by using spectral analyses. Results The chemical structure of boningmycin (Z-893) was proved to be acetylboanmycin (acetylbleomycin A 6). Conclusion Boningmycin (Z-893) is a new compound.
