摘  要:通过萃取水浓缩液与新鲜己内酰胺的配比实验 ,研究了浓缩液直接回用的尼龙 6聚合工艺。采用80 %左右的浓缩液与新鲜己内酰胺按 12 5 10 0 0的比例配置成含水 2 .5 %左右的混合液进行工业化聚合试验 ,生产的切片相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布及低聚体含量等指标与新鲜己内酰胺生产的切片质量指标接近。The process technology of PA6 polymerization with directly utilizing reclaimed concentrated extraction liquid was studied through the experiments on the proportion of concentrated liquid and fresh caprolactam. A mixed liquid with water content of 2.5% was obtained by mixing concentrated extraction liquid with concentration of about 80% and fresh caprolactam in the proportion of 1251 000. The industrial polymerization experiments were conducted with this liquid mixture. The produced chips had the similar relative molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and oligomer content with the chips from fresh caprolactam.
