摘　　要：抗组胺药物在临床上已应用多年,其机理主要是通过阻断H_1受体而起抗过敏作用。研究发现过敏炎症中有许多细胞因子和趋化因子参与,抗组胺药物对炎症细胞的迁移和激活有抑制作用。本文对组胺及其受体,抗组胺药物的抗过敏炎症作用进行综述。Antihistamines have been used clinically for many years. They have anti-allergic effect by blocking histamine H_1 receptor. It has been reported that a lot of cytokines and chemokines were involved in allergic inflammation. Antihistamines have inhibition effects on the migration and activation of inflammatory cells. In this article the anti-inflammatory effect of antihistamines was reviewed.
