摘 要:比较了增韧剂I NY与橡胶类、聚烯烃类增韧剂对尼龙 6性能的影响。结果表明 ,随着增韧剂I NY用量的增加 ,尼龙 6的缺口冲击强度显著提高 ,当其质量分数为 15 %时 ,缺口冲击强度为 2 8kJ/m2 ,是纯尼龙 6的 10倍 ;且在改善冲击强度的同时 ,材料的弯曲和拉伸强度下降较少 ,是一种比较理想的尼龙增韧剂。Comparisons of the effects of toughening agent I NY with those of rubber and polyolefin toughening agents were made The results indicated that the notched Izod impact strength enhanced obviously with the increase of I NY content,and when the content of I NY was up to 15%,the notched Izod impact strength was 28kJ/m 2,which was 10 times of that of pure nylon 6 From the results of SEM investigation and contrast experiment it was found when the impact strength of nylon 6 was improved by the addition of I NY,the bending strength and tensile strength of the material decreased only a little, which showed I NY was an ideal toughening agent for nylon materials
