摘  要:目的探讨中医脾虚证与胆碱能神经功能之间的关系。方法我们选用硝酸钴和利血平制作大鼠中医脾虚动物模型,并选用特异性较强的胆碱能神经递质乙酰胆碱标志物——小泡乙酰胆碱转运体(Vesicular acetylcholine transporter VAChT)对延脑网状核进行免疫组化研究。结果硝酸钴组大鼠VAChT免疫反应与对照组相比明显减弱,而利血平组明显增强。结论这种内源性乙酰胆碱的变化考虑为中医脾虚的本质所在。Purpose To study the relationship between traditional chinese medical deficience of spleen and the function of cholineigic neurons . Methods We selected Co ( NH3 )2 · 6H2O and Phenethyldiguanide to make animal models of traditional Chinese medical deficience of spleen, and selected very peculiar marker of cholinergic nervous delivers - Vesicular acetylcholine transporter (VAChT) immunohistochemiscal methods to observe the changes of cholinergic neurons-of model animals in nuclei reticulars of the vagus nerve. Results VAChT immunohistochemical reaction lightened obviously in Co (NH3)2·6H2O' s group compared with contrastal group; But obviously strengthened in Pnenethyldiguanide' s group. Conclusions This internal change of acetylcholine was considered to be the essence of traditional chinese medical deficience of spleen.
