摘 要:由鳞片状天然石墨通过改性Hummers法制备了氧化石墨,随后在硼氢化钠和硝酸银存在制得覆银石墨烯(Ag-G)。将Ag-G作为导电纳米填料添加到不饱和聚酯树脂中制备了复合材料。采用透射电子显微镜,拉曼光谱分析仪,X射线能谱仪及X射线衍射分析对Ag-G进行了表征,并对其复合材料的电性能及拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明,银以单质的形态成功地覆载在石墨烯表面,银粒子大小为5~10 nm。随着Ag-G的用量增加,复合材料的导电性和拉伸性能呈增长趋势,Ag-G添加质量分数为25%时,材料导电性能最好,体积电阻率达0.437S/cm,拉伸性能提高了26%。The graphite oxides were prepared from natural flake graphites by modified Hummers method. The Ag- graphenes(Ag-G)were subsequently prepared in the presence of sodium borohydride and silver nitrate. The Ag-G were added as the conductive nano fillers to the unsaturated polyester resins and the composites were prepared. The Ag-G were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.The electrical properties and tensile properties of the composites were tested. The results showed that the the graphene surface was successfully overlaid with silver in elemental form. The size of silver particle was 5-10 nm. The conductivity and tensile properties of the composites showed a rising trend with the increasing of Ag-G amount. The material with Ag-G mass fraction of 25% had the best conductive performance and the volume resistivity was up to0.437 S/cm. The tensile properties were increased by 26%.
