摘 要:以对氨基苯酚、苯胺和甲醛为原料,合成含伯胺基的AB型苯并恶嗪中间体(AB-PAP),AB-PAP与均苯四甲酸酐进一步反应得到含双酰亚胺结构的苯并恶嗪树脂(AB-PAP-PMDA)。采用FTIR,1H-NMR和13C-NMR等对AB-PAP及AB-PAP-PMDA的结构进行了表征,采用DSC对这2种苯并恶嗪的热固化行为进行研究,并使用TGA分析了聚苯并恶嗪树脂的热稳定性。结果表明,引入酰亚胺结构后,苯并恶嗪的开环聚合温度(243℃)下降8℃,起始分解温度(340℃)提高6℃,热失重10%时的温度(415℃)提高15℃,最大分解温度(556℃)提高153℃,残炭率(61%)下降4%。The AB-type-benzoxazine intermediate(AB-PAP)containing primary amine was synthesized from p-aminophenol,aniline and formaldehyde. Then the benzoxazine resin containing bis-imide(AB-PAP-PMDA)was synthesized by AB-PAP and pyromellitic anhydride. The chemical structures of AB-PAP and AB-PAP-PMDA were verified by FTIR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.The curing behaviors of the two benzoxazines were studied by DSC. The thermal stabilization of polybenzoxazines was investigated by TGA. The results showed that after the introduction of the imide structure, the ring-opening polymerization temperature of benzoxazine(243 ℃)was decreased by 8 ℃. The initial decomposition temperature(340 ℃)was increased by 6 ℃,The weight loss10% temperature(415 ℃)was increased by 15 ℃. The maximum decomposition temperature(556 ℃)was increased by 153 ℃and the char yield(61%)was decreased by 4%.
