摘  要:通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和溶胀速率测试等研究了以环氧树脂E44/聚酰胺650固化物在二氯甲烷-甲酸混合溶剂中的溶胀腐蚀情况。结果表明,混合溶剂中二氯甲烷的体积分数为55%时,溶度参数约为23.5 MPa1/2,此时对材料的溶胀破坏作用最强烈。固化物同时发生了溶胀和降解,接触溶剂的表层不断发生脆性断裂而剥落。该现象属于溶剂造成的环境应力开裂的一种极端情况。The swelling and erosion of cured epoxy resin E44/polyamide 650 in mixed solvent of dichloromethane and formic acid were investigated by FT-IR,scanning electron microscopy and swelling rate tests. The results showed that the solubility parameter was about 23.5 MPa1/2when the methylene chloride volume fraction was 55% in the mixed solvent and the swellable damaging effects on the materials was the strongest. The swelling and degradation of the cured product occurred simultaneously. The brittle fracture and spalling of the surface contact with solvents occurred continuously. This phenomenon was an extreme situation of environmental stress cracking caused by the solvent.
