摘 要:以羟乙基腰果酚、柠檬酸三乙酯及异氰酸酯(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料制得了六臂型腰果酚基环氧树脂。采用傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱表征了树脂的结构。以甲基六氢苯酐固化该环氧树脂,采用热重分析、动态热机械分析及拉伸测试等研究了不同酸酐用量对固化物热及力学性能的影响。结果表明,以IPDI为原料制得的n(多臂型腰果酚基环氧树脂)与n(酸酐)比为1∶0.8时,固化物的拉伸强度最大,达到35.3 MPa。The multi-armed cardanol-based epoxy resins were synthesized using hydroxyethyl cardanol,triethylcitrate and isocyanate(hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI))as raw materials. The structure of the product resins were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. The epoxy resins were cured by methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride. The effects of anhydride dosage on the thermal and mechanical properties of the cured product were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis,dynamic mechanical analysis and tensile property testing. The results showed that multi-armed cardanol epoxy cured product using IPDI as raw material and with molar ratio of epoxy to acid anhydride 1 ∶ 0.8 had the maximum tensile strength 35.3 MPa.
