摘  要:采用力学性能测试、红外光谱、示差扫描量热分析和电镜分析研究了己二酸对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)收缩和弯曲性能的影响,并与传统的聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)大分子低收缩剂进行了比较。结果表明,己二酸对UPR的收缩率和弯曲强度的影响优于PVAc。己二酸与UPR中过量二元醇的前酯化反应在3.0 h时趋于完全,当己二酸用量为20 g(100 g UPR)时UPR的收缩率最低,达到(0.36±0.01)%,弯曲强度达(51.10±1.94)MPa。己二酸与UPR的前酯化反应消除了聚酯自聚,实现了UPR的理想聚合,固化的UPR基体形成了均相的微观结构,从而降低了UPR收缩率并改善了UPR的弯曲强度。The effects of adipic acid on the shrinkage and bending properties of unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)were investigated by mechanical property tests,infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and electron microscopy and compared with that of traditional polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) macromolecule low shrinkage agent. The results showed that the effect of adipic acid on the UPR shrinkage and flexural strength was better than that of PVAc. The pre-esterification of adipic acid and excess diol in UPR was complete at the time of 3.0 h and the lowest shrinkage of UPR containing 20 g adipic acid(100 g UPR)reached(0.36 ± 0.01)% and the flexural strength was up to(51.10 ± 1.94)MPa. The UPR self-polymerization was eliminated by the pre-esterification reaction of adipic acid and UPR and the ideal polymerization of UPR was achieved. The homogeneous microstructure of cured UPR body was formed.Thereby the UPR shrinkage was decreased and the flexural strength was improved.
