摘  要:以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)及乙二醇为原料合成了聚氨酯预聚物(PUP),以PUP为增韧剂制得酚醛泡沫塑料。通过力学性能、热稳定性、导热性及阻燃等性能测试研究了PUP加量及MDI、PPG2000物质的量比对酚醛泡沫塑料性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜对泡沫的形态结构进行了分析。结果表明,PUP添加质量分数8%,n(MDI)∶n(PPG2000)=3∶1时,酚醛泡沫的性能最佳。压缩强度为162.0 k Pa,弯曲强度为304.6 k Pa,分别比纯泡沫提高了43.1%和21.6%,但热稳定性能比纯泡沫略差。泡沫的泡孔分布均匀,闭孔率高,保温性能较好。The polyurethane prepolymer(PUP)was synthesized using diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI),polyethylene glycol 2000(PPG2000)and ethylene glycol as materials. Then the phenolic foam was prepared using PUP as toughening agent. The effect of PUP amount and molar ratio of MDI to PPG2000 on the phenolic foam properties were investigated by the tests of mechanical properties,thermal stability,thermal conductivity and flame-retardant performance. The foam morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the phenolic foam had best performance as the conditions as followed:PUP mass fraction 8% and n(MDI)∶ n(PPG2000)= 3 ∶ 1. The compressive strength and flexural strength was 162.0 k Pa and 304.6 k Pa,respectively,and increased by 43.1% and 21.6% compared with that of pure foam. But the thermal stability was slightly worse than that of pure foam.The cell foam distributed evenly. The foam had high obturator rate and good insulation properties.
