摘 要:分别在改性胺固化的双酚A环氧体系(E-51/8032)中加入柔韧性环氧树脂6350、6002和1217,通过粘度、拉伸强度和凝胶时间测定研究了柔韧性环氧树脂和促进剂用量对体系性能的影响。结果表明,随着柔韧性环氧树脂用量的增加,体系拉伸强度逐渐降低,而断裂伸长率逐渐增大到最大值。选用1217柔韧性环氧的体系经40℃/8 h固化后,断裂伸长率可达70%,拉伸强度仍能保持在10 MPa以上,此时树脂粘接铝合金的拉伸剪切强度可达14.9 MPa,与普通环氧胶相近。The flexible epoxy resin 6350,6002 and 1217 were added in the modified amine-cured bisphenol A epoxy system(E-51/8032). The effects of flexible epoxy resin and accelerator amounts on the system performance were investigated by tests of viscosity,tensile strength and gel time. The results showed that with the increasing of the flexible epoxy resin amount,the tensile strength of systems was decreased and the elongation at break was gradually increased to the maximum value. After curing at 40 ℃ for 8 h,the elongation at break of the system with 1217 flexible epoxy was up to 70% and the tensile strength could be maintained of 10 MPa or more. The epoxy adhesive tensile shear strength of aluminum was up to 14.9 MPa and that was similar to the ordinary epoxy adhesive.
