摘 要:采用环氧树脂E-51与低分子质量环氧树脂新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚(XY678)或苄基缩水甘油醚(XY692)以及聚醚多元醇制得A组分,再与B组分多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯混合制得环氧改性聚氨酯(EPU)。采用FT-IR对EPU固化前后的结构进行了分析,研究了XY678和XY692用量对A组分的粘度及EPU固化物力学性能的影响。结果表明,XY678和XY692均可降低A组分粘度,添加质量分数低于15%时XY678的降粘效果更好。EPU的压缩强度随XY678和XY692用量增加呈现减小趋势,含XY678的EPU的拉伸和弯曲强度先下降后上升,添加质量分数超过10%后又下降,而含XY692的EPU的相同指标则一直降低且低于同用量的含XY678的EPU。The component A was prepared by E-51 epoxy resin and low molecular weight epoxy resin neopentylglycol diglycidyl ether(XY678)or benzyl ether(XY692)and polyether polyols. Then the epoxy-modified polyurethane(EPU)was prepared by mixing the component A and component B polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate. The EPU structure before and after curing were analyzed by FT-IR. The effect of XY678 and XY692 dosage on the viscosity of component A and the mechanical properties of EPU cured product were investigated. The results showed that the viscosity of component A could be reduced by XY678 or XY692. The viscosity reduction effect of XY678 was better when the adding mass fraction was lower than 15%. The compressive strength of EPU showed decreasing trend with the increasing of XY678 and XY692 amount.The tensile and flexural strength of EPU containing XY678 were decreased first and then increased. When the XY678 content was higher than 10% in composition A,they showed a decreasing trend.The same indicators of EPU containing XY692 was decreased and lower than those of EPU containing the same amount of XY678.
