摘  要:以氧化石墨烯(GO)、二氯亚砜、对羟基苯甲酸、对苯二甲酰氯、环氧丙醇等为原料,制备了氧化石墨烯接枝端基含环氧基液晶的化合物(TLCP-g-GO),并制备了TLCP-g-GO/环氧复合材料。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、热重分析(TGA)、动态力学分析仪(DMA)及扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料性能进行表征。结果表明,TLCP-g-GO的加入可使TLCP-g-GO//环氧复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度提高1.7和2.5倍,弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高89.1%和44.9%。改性后复合材料的起始分解温度比纯环氧树脂有显著提高。复合材料的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度Tg都有明显提高。TLCP-g-GO对环氧树脂有明显的增韧效果。The liquid crystal containing terminal epoxy group grafted graphene oxide(TLCP-g-GO) was synthesized using graphene oxide,dichloro sulfoxide,p-hydroxybenzoic acid,paraphthaloyl chloride,epoxy propyl alcohol as raw materials,and then the TLCP-gGO /epoxy resin composites were prepared. The properties of TLCP-g-GO/epoxy composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Wide-angle X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,dynamic mechanical analysis and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that by incorporation of the TLCP-g-GO into the composites,the tensile strength and ultimate impact strength of the TLCP-g-GO/epoxy composites were increased by 1.7 and 2.5 times,respectively. The flexural strength and flexural modulus were improved by 89.1% and 44.9%,respectively. The initial decomposition temperature of the modified composite materials was increased significantly,compared with that of neat epoxy resin. The storage modulus and glass transition temperature(Tg)of the composites were obviously increased. The TLCP-g-GO had obvious toughening effect on the epoxy resin.
