摘　　要：介绍了砖混结构房屋极易出现裂缝的原因 ,阐述了裂缝的三种类型 ,即 :温度变形裂缝、地基不均匀沉降裂缝和承载力不足裂缝 ,指出在设计、施工过程中可采取“放”、“防”、“抗”等办法进行有效的裂缝防治。The reasons caused the temperature cracks in masonry concrete buildings are introduced. And based upon three types introduction of temperature cracks: temperature deformation cracks, cracks caused the uneven settlement of ground and low bearing capacity cracks corresponding measures are proposed to efficiently control and prevent cracks in masonry concrete buildings.
