摘　　要：氯磺酰异氰酸酯是制备头孢类抗生素头孢呋辛酯的重要原料。头孢呋辛酯的专利保护已经到期,目 前国内有多家制药公司在生产该药,所需氯磺酰异氰酸酯主要依靠进口,氯磺酰异氰酸酯的进口价格高达65万 元/t,而实际生产成本不超过3万元/t。国内已经有厂家在研制氯磺酰异氰酸酯。Chlorosulfonyl isocyanate is an important raw material for producing cefuroxime ester which is a cef antibi-otics. The patents for producing cefuroxime ester have been expired. Although many pharmaceutical manufacturers are producing it in China now, but most of the chlorosulfonyl isocyanate used in manufacturing cefuroxime ester is relying on im-portation. The price of imported chlorosulfonyl isocyanate is 0. 65million yuan per ton but the production cost actually is less than 0.03million yuan per ton. Chlorosulfonyl isocyanate is being researched at some domestic producers.
