摘  要:研究了可待因、吗啡、罂粟碱、那可汀、大麻酚、大麻二酚、四氢大麻酚和二乙酰吗啡在大口径毛细管柱上的色谱行为。采用程序升温 ,直接进样 ,在HP 1色谱柱上 ,使所测 8种组分及内标物均获得良好的分离。据此建立了大口径毛细管气相色谱法同时对大麻、鸦片和海洛因毒品中多组分的快速测定方法。经样品测定 ,其平均回收率为 95 %~ 10 2 .4%;最低检测限为 0 .10~ 0 .5 0mg L ;相对标准偏差为 0 .9%~ 2 .6 %。A study on the chromatographic behaviours of codeine, morphine, papaverine, narcotine, cannabidiol, tetrahydrocannbinol, cannbinol and diacetyl morphine on wide bore capillary column in presented. A method for the simultaneous determination of codeine, morphine, papaverine, narcotine, cannabidiol, tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabinol and diacetyl morphine in cannabis, opium and heroine by gas chromatography with wide bore capillary column is described. The. major components were extracted with methanol and chloroform by supersonic extraction and evaporation. The residue was dissolved in methanol. The resulting solution was used for analysis. The conditions for determination were: flame ionization detector, HP-1 capillary column, 5 m x 0.53 mm. x 2.65 JAM column temperature, 180degreesC (5 min)(<(1&DEG;C/min)under right arrow) 185&DEG;C (10 min)((3&DEG;C/min)under right arrow) 240&DEG;C (10 min) programmed temperature, the injector temperature 250&DEG;C, the detector temperature 260&DEG;C, carrier gas, 10 mL/min N-2, split ratio 1:10, internal standard, isotriacontane. All major components and internal standard were separated in 45 min. The average recoveries of codeine, morphine, papaverine, narcotine, cannabidiol, tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabinol and diacetyl morphine were 95% &SIM; 102.4%. The relative standard deviations were less than 2.6%. The advantages of this method were simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
