摘  要:用试验的方法对可能影响激光割缝质量的9个因素进行了逐个试验,试验材料为常用的J55油管,厚度5.5 mm,割缝长度80 mm。由试验结果及分析可知,内部因素中,功率、速度和焦点位置都有一个调节范围,在此范围内,切割质量良好;选用的辅助切割气体,其纯度必须大于99.5%,气体压力的调节较小,应谨慎调节。外部因素还应对材料表面作前期处理,使表面清洁,以免影响切割质量。The nine factors influencing the quality of laser slotting is investigated by test. J55 tubing with a thickness of 5.5 mm is selected as test material. And the length of laser slotting is 80 mm. Test result and analysis show that, there is a adjusting range for the laser power, the slotting velocity and the foccal position, in which high slotting quality can be achieved; the percentage of purity of the assist cutting gas selected must be more than 99.5%, and the pressure of the gas should be adjusted discreetly because of small allowable adjusting range. In addition, the surface of the material should be cleaned in advanced to ensure the slotting quality.
