摘  要:从小波变换的理论背景出发,介绍了利用小波变换对信号进行分解的原理。并重点对小波分析在信号消噪和故障诊断两方面的工程应用做了一些有益的探讨。首先对机车转向架振动信号用db_4小波进行了分解,并运用所介绍的算法进行了消噪处理,取得了明显的效果。其次是运用小波包频分技术建立了机车转向架的振动状态特征向量,能较好地表征机车振动的故障状态。In this paper firstly both the fundamental principle of wavelet transform and decomposing the signal with wavelet transform are introduced. Secondly the fundamental theory, procedure and practical algorithm are described in detail, where the soft threshold algorithm is used to get the threshold value that is used to deal with the wavelet coefficients. Finally in the application aspect, the vibrate signal of locomotive is decomposed by the method of wavelet transform and the noise components are removed from the signal according to the algorithm introduced in this paper. It is clear that the wavelet method get a satisfactory result.
