摘　　要：MVS电磁振动高频振网筛是一种新型高效的筛分设备 ,具有电磁振动、高频率、设备处理能力大、筛分效率高等优点。在大孤山选厂的工业试验表明 ,利用该设备代替原高频振动尼龙细筛 ,可及时筛出合格细粒级 ,大大提高筛分效率 ,降低再磨系统的循环量 ,稳定选别流程 。MVS electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen is a new high capacity machine and has the advantages of electromagnetic vibration, high frequency, high capacity and high screening efficiency. In the industrial test made at Dagushan Concentrator, it was used to replace the original high frequency vibrating nylon fine screen. As a result, qualified fine fractions could be screened out timely, greatly raising the screening efficiency and reducing the circulating load of regrinding system. The separation flowsheet was therefore be stabilized and the concentrate quality improved.
