下肢骨端低度恶性肿瘤血管介入治疗与瘤段切除的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢骨端低度恶性肿瘤的临床治疗方法。方法运用血管介入药物化疗和栓塞治疗加瘤段手术切除和人工关节置换进行综合系列治疗。结果患者既进行了肿瘤局部的化疗药物的灌注治疗,又进行了肿瘤血管的栓塞治疗,最后进行患肢的瘤段手术切除和人工关节置换。结论该方法既杀死了肿瘤细胞,同时又让肿瘤组织自行缺血坏死,达到了切除肿瘤,减少失血,保全肢体,提高患者生存率和改善生活质量的目的。Objective studies evaluated the treat-ment of low grade ma lignant bone tumors of lower limbs.Methods All patients were treated with a com prehensive series of vascular interventional ther-apy,tumor segment resection,a nd prosthetic replace-ment.Results In this treatment procesure,not on-ly tumor regional perfusion therapy was performed,but also tumor mutrient vessels were embolized.Conclusion This method would not only kill tu-mor cells,but also caus es tumor tissues ischemic necrosis.As a result it reserves complete limb and i ncreases the survival rate.
