摘　　要：目的探讨TINISMA形状记忆合金环抱式接骨板对骨折内固定的适应症及临床效果。方法对我院自2000年12月以来所有使用TINISMA形状记忆合金环抱式接骨板共17例,全部追踪随访,定期复查摄片,并进行功能评定。结果所有患者术中均达到基本解剖复位及牢固内固定;术后早期即能功能锻炼,骨折端生长大量骨痂;半年内骨折线完全消失,达到临床愈合。结论TINISMA形状记忆合金环抱式接骨板能够解决传统内固定方法无法解决的复杂骨折,能够缩短骨折愈合周期。Objective To investigate the therapeutic adaptation and clinical ef fects of the encircling blade plate made of TINISMA shape memory alloy(SMA).Meth ods17such devices have been used since December2000on different parts of fractu re.Follow-up survey over all these patients including,X-ray re-examinations at regular inter-vals,and the assessment of the function of their treated parts.R e sults Each of these patients got a basic dissection restroration and a firm in ternal fixation during the operation.At the early stage of the post-operation period,the patients could start function-recovery exercise great mass of bony ca l-lus developed around the ends of fractured bones.Six months after the operatio n,the fracture line dis-appeared and clinical healing were achieved.Con-clu sion The encircling blade plate made of TIN-ISMA shape memory alloy (SMA)can be used to treat complex fractures which can not be treated by traditional bone kitting methods,it can helped to shorten the healing time of fractures.
