摘　　要：本文阐述了在网络信息消费中 ,图书馆应行使其教育职能和信息服务职能 ,提高学生网络信息消费能力 。The main point presented in this thesis is that the library should carry out its function as an education and information service center in the university net information consumption circle.By this way, the library will play an important role in improving students' net information consumption and promoting school education as well.
